LYSCF is the symbol for Lynas shares traded on the pink sheets / OTC market in the US .
LYSDY is the ADR (American depositary receipt) sold in the US. I think it used to be equivalent to 10 normal shares but is now 1 to 1. LYSDY typically has a lower volume than LYSCF.
Both trade in $US. They should have a similar price, but I s'pose one might lag.
