Southeast Asia have had an unusually wet period, it's supposed to be in the dry season now but it's still raining unseasonably, so a pretty valid cause for delays. There are many complaints that shareholders are kept in the dark by LYC, how naive, do you think Apple consult with their shareholders every time they make a decision. You may think that because you invested $200k that it's big time, grow up, you and I are just penny anti investors in the scheme of things. My opinion is that this will bring the attention of LYC to investors in a positive light, especially in the USA, and you may be very happy with the effects of this deal especially if the extra funds push the LAMP phase 2 forward.
