LOL! How long is "LONG term"? So far this is a re-run of 2011 - except back then they actually had a contract.
As for climate change, 50,000 participants at COP21 are merely cash and/or power grabbing hypocrites who couldn't possibly have any real interest in reducing CO2 levels, or they wouldn't all be flying to CDG.
We need more CO2. Levels were falling too close to the levels where plant life would have been wiped out completely.
