watch out for the ones who jumped at what they thought was the height of the boom in 2003, or again in 2000, think it was stockguru........sold at the top he thought and was renting while waiting to get back in..........the thing has tripled since then.....and he will probably never get back........or milesg and others who have never been GAME to have a go.........really, if the truth were known, they are the 50% of the population that does not like property as an ASSET or INvesment..........they prefer to rent all their life,,,,,,,,,well good on you...do it.........but dont come here whinging about proprerty prices when you have no intention of investing in that asset class..........
be brave tell people.......I am a renter not a buyer......they will accept that....
