I think 550 k sell amount is there for a reason. as Vivid contract is for 3 years. each year 225 k. so technically sell price for Sweep is only $150 k.
Question is if they don't pay 400 k !! can Thd acquire Sweep IP back ?
whole Transaction is Fraud, Voting methods ?? I called ASX to complain about " No return postage" or no online voting available. bloody no answer!! seems like it's same story for market cap less then 10 mil on ASX.
