if IP is Sold on 550 k is benefit to AK only. for JP to benefit from investments, IP should be there with Thd. off course they don't need to invest any money on Sweep in near time. they can still open up for new business while keeping Sweep with Thd no need to create Project Savvy!!!--- they can find investment partner who can invest in Sweep and develop it further.
or may be sell Sweep 30% shares to outsiders and use 30% as working capital for Sweep development. still can enjoy R&D rebate and any new AR tech project (if win new contract).
I really not seeing any point in selling. to keep source code in PC no harming anyone. there are 10000 not used App in circulation at the moment.
I would rather Sell 30% Sweep to outSIder + IsSue 10% ShareS = workIng capItal for Sweep 2019. employ new Staff kIck Robyn out and gIve chance to JP to organIse company.
