same here but i fear we are being taken for a ride. The reality is while everyone says we are getting $550K we aren't, they pay $150K now and the rest is spread IF they get revenue from the new venture.....in any case the time cost of money means we get less and they essentially use us the shareholders as an interest free loan......................they better come up with a rabbit to drive this thing higher.............not happy Jan. But hey they don't give a rats about us anyway.
