of course it comes down to price and what the risk of the resource being produced is (or what percentage)
at $1/tn there would be an internal number that CFE thinks could be generated from this over a finite time period
if someone offered say 40-60% of that number to extinguish the royalty, I would think there is a tipping point where the risk management says sell now regardless of what this does to a potential underlying income stream going forward
no point owning the royalty if it (or part thereof) doesn't get out of the ground!
