- BIG has issued about 3mil shares to FC CAPITAL as part of its business dealing agreement with FC back in 2016 and BIG will not issue any more cheap shares to FC CAPITAL. This, to me, is very important because shareholders like us will not see our company continuing issuing shares at give-away price to FC CAPITAL any more. This, to me, is a big relief going forward.

- Gajah Investments Pty Ltd is not a related party to Mr Massie, a director of BIG, is not controlled by Mr Massie and Mr Massie does not have any beneficial interest in BIG shares held by it. So, this issue is now clear: no dodgy relationship between director and "related party" here.

- FINSTRO financing has been instrumental in helping BIG achieving phenomenal growth over the last 12 months or so, just like many retailers out there. I first bought my car and my computer about 20 years ago by using a finance company. This should remains business confidential as it is a brilliant business strategy and a major advantage that has helped BIG achieving phenomenal growth. BIG.AX today has confirmed that it is beneficial to work with FINSTRO financing arrangements and will continue to do so. My take is: if it works well for us, then of course we absolutely should continue to use this financing arrangements.

- Richard Evertz CEO said "The Company is continuing to experience strong growth both here and in the US, and the board confirm that the fundamentals of the business remain unchanged and strong. We will provide the usual quarterly update to the market later this week as planned, along with undertaking an investor roadshow.". This confirms to me that BIG has nothing to hide and will proudly presents its quarter report in the next 48hrs-72hrs.

So, what are all the fusses about?

Looking forward to BIG smashing all expectations in the quarter report within the next 48hrs or so and enjoy to see all the sellers of the last 2 days crying foul.
