maybe the market cap vals dont get rated too highly til theres a sniff or confirmation or a reading that something is in the ground. not sure if m.caps get into the hundreds of millions until theres at least a visual or a reading.
and then theres the ssp price play. also need a spud date.
pna was kept to .15 then after the spp released it glided up to .40
