    Apart from a brain.
    AKW have 48 million shares and a mc of $5m approx.They receive 148,000,000 shares of ggp plus some 3 mill cash.They appear to be giving the shares direct to their shareholders. so 3 ggp shares for every 1 akw. Is that right?
