According to the calcs it is 2178M shares.
I too hate it when companies don't layout the plan for a few years as far as cash flow and cap raising.
Many other stocks have done the same.
Even worse when retail holders don't get a gurnsey , e.g. ARU, price > $1.50 , raising at $1.20 to non retail, blew confidence.
