My issue with FMG is that it is a 'one trick pony' with high gearing.
Any further deterioration in the Global Financial situation (is the Pope a Catholic?) will result is a blowout in the interest rate required to get their Notes subscribed.
I believe that the potential for FMG to implode, within 5 years, is greater than 50%, given the high leverage and reliance on one commodity & customer ie China.
Any relief will probably be short term and an opportunity to short (again).
