This Company has a market Cap of about $16M. It has about $24M cash. After overcoming substantial problems, in June it produced 606 tonnes of copper for a cash cost of $1.45 per lb. Current price of copper is about $3.3 per lb. I don't have enough information to get accurate corporate costs but there should be a net profit of around $1M a month if they can keep this up. They have a resource of 1.3 M tonnes which may be a bit low, but moved more ore into the resource category last quarter than they mined. Pearse looks like a highly profitable open cut operation with a plant requiring minimum modification adjacent. Then we have the highly attractive Sorby Hills. What am I missing?
