I don't understand this stock at the moment. THere seems to be a few things going against it:
- the repeal of the carbon tax is likely;
- there will be another review of the renewable energy target next year, and at best this will leave it as is, but it could well be reduced;
- the US business seems in a poor state; and
- it seems unlikely that they will be able to sell capital wind farm until the carbon tax/RET reviews are sorted.
So why is the share price up 20 per cent since the election?
