We need to stop wasting time and move on. In my opinion what is needed is investigation as to who approved the funnelling of money to the caymans. They need to go, those that supervised them need to go and then we need to replace them with people that know how to run a company. Is it going to take the risk of delisting to kick us into gear? I know its 6 months away but I nearly just waited the same amount of time for Amgen to secure us. I am so over this company and the only smile I can muster is picturing Brian jump over the barb wire shouting screw you shortfall as he rides off into the sunset.
