Amgen's 20% stock purchase.
I was one who thought UNIS would achieve a MS valuation of 1 Billion, but that would place the SP at say $6 UNIS and I believe there is no way Amgens shareholders would approve that and their SP could suffer.
Obviously UNIS wants a fair value for the shares and I believe Amgen want a financially stable UNIS.
So how can they achieve this?
They could wait until the SP rises to a predetermined level, before buying the 20%, which I would think would be above $1.25 mentioned in Preferred share backed loan and more like the $6 per share.
In my previous post I mentioned the missing $50 mil receipts from production.
There may have been deliveries and payment not received by 31/12/15.
The end of month UNIS- CC? could contain details of payments received since the last quarter, if UNIS chose to.
AS needs a release of good info to get the SP up because of his mortgage situation.
