    That is true re 400m sales not happening from day 1 but pharmas do buy up sufficiently large quantities in anticipation of approval so they can hit the market running.

    Alan mentioned Amphastar as buying quite a few safety syringes, getting knocked back and buying similar quantity (10's of M I think).
