In the Foxleigh operations update announcement of 9/6 it states that the creek diversion / road re-alignment / flood levee was completed on time and under budget. It also stated this will extend mine life.
Whether the cost for this had been paid prior to the listing of that $100.9m cash balance at the end of May is something I don't know.
