Regarding the Macquarie purchase, the notice includes who the seller is usually. It was an off market trade so it would have definitely been a member of the board or an associated entity. That doesn't worry me too much considering that the Cap Raise was @ 6 cents if those shares were issued at that price to whoever sold they're still up almost 100% on $7,000,000.

I haven't been following the shorts so can't really say.

There have been instances of price going down following JORC, it's hard to say there's even been drops when the JORC exceeded expectations referred to on this forum a few times. Depends on timing the market and the volume X grade + price of share at the time.

No matter what happens as soon as I can break even I'm out of here, these guys have burned me too many times now for me to trust them. Had I have just pulled out in November I'd miles ahead of where I am now. It's just been lie after lie from these guys in terms of deadlines and dates.
