I am in big on this at 98 cents and still can't believe how good this is. my take on what you are missing is that this stock is extremely illiquid doe to management and sol controlling a large slab of the stock and thus having a small free float. there are forecasts on this one lifting dividend and EPS this year, but pulling back slightly in 2023. Easily my favourite longer term holding.
