You should read the announcement carefully. DC2 has been ramping this statement down our throats since IPO. The word "AND" is there. NextDC P1 and P2 are Tier 4 certified, i.e. the highest tier. DC Alliance's PIER is also Tier 3 cerfitied. So yes, DC2 is the only one with both certificates, but not the only one with Tier 3. Also, NXT P2 is 20mW max capacity vs Bibra Lake 3mW max capacity. P2 is CBD based & Tier 4. NXT's strategy is they only build a DC if proposed demand is there.
