    Excuse my ignorance guys.
    I am relatively new to ZFX and aware of the upcoming merger.
    On Friday, ZFX was trading at 8.20 whilst OXR was trading at 2.55. Now I know its been a few years since I was at school but isnt 8.20 divided by 3 equal 2.73?
    Why would anyone have faffed aroud with buying ZFX shares when they could have simply "cut to the chase" and paid almost 20c per share less?
