    Current SP approx @1.40

    5% discount to NTA = 1.70 - not likely to slip much more in my opinion as much is going to be cash

    17% premium

    Only 2 months to wait to get proceeds - seems too good to be true ?

    Why wouldn't I buy more at current levels and cash out ?
