The announcement was actually quite noteworthy. Accelerating the feasability is big news and the cooperation by the NTDOI is also a plus.
On top of that there were at least two favourable write ups in the mainstream weekend press. Its already in a serious uptrend with only a relatively small number of shares available and has just had a small period of consolidation.
32% is hardly surprising at all IMO. Its only up just over 10% on its previous YTD high. More to come tomorrow IMO.
