re: what if??? I doubt it. I think the answer is simpler than that. The oil price has come off. The series of dusters has weighed down on the share price. Voelte has come out with his "bowl of spagetti" analogy of Tiof and has stated it may be sub-commercial (which could also be interpreted as supporting your theory). Let's hope that Tevet Deep is a success and there are no production problems with Chinguetti.
