re: what if??? Seems to me that there are some serious issues with HDR/WPL at Mauritania; insiders probably bailing out based on inside info. because I cannot see the reason for a price sub $2.00 based on current available announcements. Broker valuations are upwards of $2.50.
The oil price movement unfortunately does not explain the almost 10% drop in past 2 days.
