They have nothing in Kolosori and Takata it's over beacuse two another companies got LOI's for those two places. They telling about judical reviews = civil court cases against government decisions.
After High Court squashed all PL's for AVQ and Sumitomo after they got two LOI's about half years ago for those places but they already expired. LOI's are simple to change in PL's but Axiom failed with landowners consent. Mines always have to verify agreements within tenentment and didn't approved agreements.
Also MMB didn't prolong LOI's and next interesting parties came in.
