what a surprise - another heavily discount cap raising.
we were told texas would be connected & earning $$$ by end of January. now we are told "preparations are underway to move in production equipment". there is nothing there!! Preparations are under way, there is nothing even en-route.
Georgia seismics have also blown out by a month or two.
just when you thought it was safe to go back into the water....
This crowd never cease to amaze & disappoint.
