The Uganda reserves estimate from potter wouldn't have anything to do with the 3,715,390.68 reasons on page 89 would they?

On 13 November 2006 Tullow Oil plc, Hardman Resources
Limited and Mr Simon Potter entered into a Deed of
Undertaking which provides for a payment to Mr Simon Potter
of A$3,715,390.68. This payment is conditional on, and will not
be made until such time as, the Scheme becomes Effective and
is implemented, the Hardman Directors resolve to make the
payment, member approval for the payment is obtained and
Hardman ceases to be an entity listed on the ASX. The payment
sum has been determined in accordance with the terms of
Mr Simon Potter’s existing service agreement which has been
previously disclosed.
