For my impression I think they'll raaaaather get the "Yes" from court.
May 66/33, 70/30 chance or something.
But it is just my impression, and "33" or "30" isn't Zero, too.

About the 2nd.
I think this, their, venture/project sooo far is still in the "may"be mode.
If they'll get "green" light from court I expect their whole acting will change VERY much.
Related to any things, but also how they present themselves, getting much, much more serious(on a "developer" base), giving much, much more information to the public, also taking "other" sums(of money) in hand, and any other.
Court, to my assessment, is the "door, to get through", to do that.

1. Since my "re"born on HC I was moderated 6 times.
I guess it isn't the thaaat bad deal, but I feel sorry for. As I don't want disregard the rules, I just don't know them (exactly)here.
So may can you say me where the forum/place is to find the rules for Hotcopper?

2. Is there any function/tool here to write people (privat)directly, via inboxing, on Hotcopper?
I haven't seen anything like it here, in the german board we have the tool "Boardmails".

In most cases writing publically here is fully sufficient, but in some few cases (more sensitive issues)I would much, much prefer to "inbox" people privately. Without having their eMails, or whatever, so on Hotcopper.


Some explanation very welcome.
