On that point; however you see it; I just want to add, as already said:
Post aquisition, raising etc. valuation should be in the 40-50Mio A$ range.
And the "probably bigger" raising aren't included yet.

So, just want mark the point: don't let you fool by the "optical" valuation. Of below 5Mio A$, or whatever.
The "true", if they'll do it, is already much, much higher.

@First step I'm very interested in court decision.
Thereafter you should see if they'll "probably get it forward".
I'll stay little in contact with them.

do you think they will wait to do the capital raise after the decision so it will not dilute the original shareholders as much? the people in charge of the company own most of it.

hopefully they can sell the company to a big player for a very very healthy profit
