But let me @1st strike "one point"(regarding the other).
I think you have to see: Majors "like to join partys".
Absolutely, no question.
But last years ((also) in resource space) much, much gone wrong.
And also many of the bigboy companies "hit the wall".
They JUST CAN'T AFFORD SOME THINGS ANYMORE.
They're still interested in (pot) top(top)class ventures,
buuuuut, I think, (least)one aspect has changed. Very, veeeeery much:
If they've in the past also often appeared on the "early" guest list(to the "party"),
I think NOW they want much, much more to see that there probably WILL be a "party".
So, short story long: Basic thing is I think it isn't anymore about POSSIBILITY, as way, way, way more about PROBABILITY.
(if a "venture"(/project/deposit, etc.) actually "will" work)
So it has much, much more to do with milestones/de-risking etc. .
And I think "they", the "bigboys", are waiting more and more for a CERTAIN point. Of evolution, of a company.
In this regard I also would like to have their "old" (Taranaki)Feasibility,
which isn't publically availiable seems to me(??).
"On it", but don't know if I'll get it(or they'll later release it, @some point).
