Ronmac is such a shameless apologist for new management, it wouldn't surprise if he was them, or was employed by them.

He began by defending the new management's decision to shaft current shareholders tirelessly arguing it was a great deal being paid 1c in the $.

Now he has given up that point, he is still arguing for new management, who have shown what they think of shareholders by: 1) How they treated current shareholders 2)Helping themselves to a gob-full of shares aka Goldman, JP Morgan etc as well pointed out by previous poster. 3) Assigning themselves a 3% gross royalty, assuring that while they make money, even new shareholders never will, because even if profits do come (a huge if), it will go primarily out in royalty payments.

A 3% gross royalty is massive. Its worth many multiples of the same percentage as a net royalty.
