My research and using CCU valuation metrics I value AYN somewhere between 10 and 15 cents per share. Macmin succumbed to high debt levels just as much issues associated with the plant. Personally I believe the debt the company was saddled with prevented it from making the necessary changes in plant and process and therefore reaching production targets.
New management wont fix the problem alone...BUT Cash helps. AYN will be able to use its cash reserves to employ the expertise and make the changes needed to improve the plant process. Something MMN couldnt do...not becuase it wasn't possible...more because they couldnt afford to make the changes.
luvthestrat...your argument is well defined. But to simply say that just because something has failed in the past means it will never work in the future is floored.
