A long response from you...thanks...here is my reply:
- the production targets were never achieved because the previous management messed up the specs of the plant
- there were no purity issues...they just expected to sell it at higher prices and produce it at lower costs
- I agree they had too much debt...that is the reason the company went under
- the silver price was never high enough...it sunk to around US$9/T, which was not high enough to generate cash flow to cover the debt. The last time I looked the silver price was double that !
- what royalties are you referring to?
- forget being a one man cheer squad...I am not talking about the old shareholders. I an talking about the opportunitywith a new and experienced mining team that has spent 12 months working through the issues. If the market values CCU at $25M market cap, then I believe this will be double therefore a minimum of 7-8cps
- yes there will be a capita requirement to get in to production again (I estimate around $10m)
- the old shareholders copped it, but they could have sold prior to the co going in to administration. Fot the new shareholders, this is an outstanding opportunity !
