It will not happen.....
The FED will commence (with the Dems in control now...) lowering interest rates soon after the festive season....
It may not have immediately a favourably effect BUT at least it will slow down the much feared R word......
PS. Our "FED" will follow suit soon after. Few months after that is.....Hopefully soon enough to save the houses of few struggling families in Sydney's and Melbourne's outer suburbs....
