Good to have your feedback. It is many years since I was last in the Philippines.
Unfortunately, most parts of the world in which miners operate have less than ideal political/social/religious/etc climates for operations. They just have to deal with whats in front of them.
I would have put Canada as probably the most favorable - but I am currently having problems there with one of my investments there due to First Nation issues.
