The workforce clean-out is no surprise - we were told as much in the last ANN:
"A complete preventative maintenance plan for the recovery plant has been implemented and senior plant personnel replaced."
"The group is most of the way through a major restructuring and refocus of working practices.... "
Management excited?? We'll have to wait and see... but that main reason I'm still hanging onto OGX is because I believe there is good reason to be excited about what is lying under the earth.
As with others... my main frustration at the moment is around over promising and under delivering on timely ANN's.
That said - I fully expected to hear from management by the end of this week - but it will be nice for this to be a reality rather then an expectation!
