i'm thinkg because it happened so long ago what do you do? i'm not sure what asic / asx powers are in regard to such but it certainly made my eyes open up.. that is an extreemly thin line to tread. ofcourse i don't know full details becuase it was only point form but it looks very murky to me.
if anyone has experienced this before or knows the legalities i'm sure alot of people would be very interested
