First you question the 10% interest on the directors loan. Then when its pointed out the company was earning 12% on a fixed 1 year deposit, you do an about face and say you're now not concerned about the 10% interest.

THIS IS THE DIRECTORS REMUNERATION. There are NO other payments you flogg. This is unchanged year after year after.... That someone chooses to put their remuneration into a company is their business.
In fact one year the directors took shares/option in LIEU of cash remuneration. If you don't know what in lieu means look it up. That's right instead of hard earned coin they took share/options probably to assist with JRV cash flow!!!
