When I spoke to the boys in Young they indicated that the drill rig was booked for Nyngan as well.
As for JV I don't know the answer. The CAPEX would be 10-15m for a small mine. If they could get rid of that millstone in WA that could probably fund it.
If I find out anything more definite I'll post it.
