they didn't assist JRV with cashflow.. it had none.. not positive anyway.. it was seaping out.. posting losses!

what was it taking in deepdiver.. less than 10k in 2002 and less than 50k in 2003.. no wonder it couldn't pay anyone! or did i read that report wrong again hahaha

if i can read this report here their net cashflow for the year was -$521,711.. thats a negative



deepdiver where is this 600k investment your on about? if i read the report correctly they only had $407,093 invested at 12%. mind you that was better than their investment choice in 2002 when they had $491,585 at a WHOPPING 2% hahaha
In total they had $517,585 at the start of 200 3but by the end of the year it was almost all GONE... there was only $40,298 left



and remuneration.. is that that big word on page 22?
point 17 on page 22 deals with DIRECTOR REMUNERATION.
the one where it states 1 director was paid 60k.
i don't know but i presume this would have been Pursell? maybe you can enlighten us on this one deepdiver.

And on the following page, thats page 23, point 18. RELATED PARTY INFORMATION it clearly states that Wilmaka (Pursell) was paid consultancy fees of 100k for the provision of mining and finacial services.

you are right though deepdiver, it also clearly states some shares were issued in leiu of cash.. but hey thats understandable.. they had NO CASH. hard earned or otherwise.



if you want to assist with cashflow get this project moving! issuing shares after shares clearly doesn't work!

but then again it may be too late, it seems people have already made their own minds up
