Blackphantom - in relation to your question as to why Caza is still trading my answer is: I don't know. Previous Caza behaviour is consistent with this approach so I wouldn't read too much into it.
Without sounding like george bush there are known knowns, known unknowns and unknown unknowns when proceedings get to this stage. In order to avoid unnecessary hair loss let's just comment on "known knowns".
