Yes, NMG will have sent you an "Issuer Sponsored Holding" (ISH) statement.

On that ISH statement will be a new HIN (Holder Identification Number).

You need the correct form from your broker, to convert an Issuer Sponsored Holding to a Chess Sponsored Holding.

You need to convert your ISH to a Chess holding for it to show up in your brokered account.

Your broker will have the form, it's an Issuer Sponsored to Chess Holding conversion form.

Request it from your broker, or download it from their web site if they have it listed.

Fill it out with your ISH number, the new one sent to you by NMG, and send it to your broker. They will process it, and a few days later it will appear on your broker's site so that you can trade the shares.

If you have misplaced your statement sent to you by NMG, you will need to contact the NMG Secretary and ask them to send you a new Issuer Sponsored Holding statement.
