Sadly,this class action did not get fund for law suit from litigation funder.Thus not many shareholders are participated in class action.
I hope class action opens to other shareholders who did not pay initial fees and reduces the fees per person.
I wish popular media will report about the reality and the thruth of CDC and prepaid US$18m for R&D and cow insurance in details.
So shareholders should report about the problems of CDC to Chinese,Hong-Kongese and Australian governments,news papers and TV channels.
