They show as paid out most of that cash in the monthly 4C (big dividend).

There is $7m left and I think a $4m receivable - an earn-out payment - left. At HY, I calculated NTA of $9.4m post dividend and since then not much will have changed, but it depends on the earn-out as to whether this is currently at a discount.

Effectively, they are now a cashed-up shell with about five months left to backdoor list something or else they will de-list and probably liquidate. So you take a risk as to who gets involved with them from here.
