It is a good announcement, but its just another good announcement. Not even the market has responded all that positively to it, why, because it means nothing until the day there is a return to investors. There's not even a real buzz on this forum because we've seen this time and time again.
When you consider that the last announcement outside of the mandatories was the 4th Dec followed by a CR, and the one before that was the 12 Oct followed by another disappointing 4C and ALL of the MSAs, partnerships, market activations, CRs etc etc preceded by poor quarterly after poor quarterly an still no positive revenue growth, then it becomes very hard to remain optimistic. It's not whinging, it's the frustration of holding on with baited breath through weeks and months of no announcements or updates and for each quarterly to deliver the news that all of this is producing revenue and translate to SP growth that just never comes.
One day it might and I've even gone from hold to buy because it is a good announcement and the potential is at least still alive.
