    The alternative is what Virtual superstitiously talks about but denies its existence. Because Virtual can't do it, he denies it exists; like denying climbing Mt Everest is possible because you yourself cannot do it.

    The alternative is there are spiritual states of pleasure that are superior to sexual pleasure. However, they are difficult to reach for most. For some reason, Virtual veered onto this topic. I am not sure why?

    Virtual believes:

    (i) there is no state of happiness better than sex;
    (ii) orgasm is the highest transcendent state of man;
    (iii) women are objects of 'enjoyment'; and
    (iv) 'jhana', a state of supernormal meditative pleasure & freedom, cannot be reached.

    'Jhana' cannot be reached when the mind holds the views of Virtual. But 'jhana' can be reached when the mind does not hold the views of Virtual.

    For the 'jhana' man, women are not attractive. (Sorry to offend any women readers). Women are a burden. Women are a responsibility. Women are full of desires & needs. Women want to love & be loved. When a women believes she loves you, that's it! A man is stuck with her for life. He becomes her hero & she, despite her demands, initiative, practicality, loyalty, givingness & other good qualities, becomes a responsibility.

    The 'jhana' man is repulsed by the idea of dependency. This is how ordinary sexual desires end in such a man & how such a man does find a genuine state of heavenly freedom & happiness. It is relatively rare but it does happen.

    But now, Virtual is not even on the religious level of morality when it comes to his views about women. Women seems to be just play things for Virtual, which is not the religious view. The religious view is if you do need to engage in sexual relations with women, it entails marriage, commitment & all of that other stuff.

    Virtual cannot accept when some men truly realise the "marriage, commitment & all of that other stuff" is the only ethical option, they lose interest in women.

    If we ask ourselves: "what makes us truly human" it is obviously not sexual emotions but being able to related to others with compassion & empathy.

    Virtual is so contradicted. He states enlightenment is not bliss but then writes about crude states of bliss such as from sex & drugs, which he believes are necessary. Incoherent.
