$14mil in the bank as at last Dec (Approx $8mil annual cash burn last year, so perhaps $10mil left now + $21mil from placement.

Dendreon's phaselll trials cost them $55mil although MR has already advised that CVac phaselll will cost PRR approx $40-$50mil
No doubt PRR would like to see the spp fully subscribed or at least half to move forward comfortably without the concern for having to organise another CR next year.
In the absence of an Ann before Friday I still can't see it being fully subscribed, however I remain confident they should see at least $10mil or half the placement subscribed to.
With over 7000 s/holders I can't see that being too much of a problem.
